Position: Principal Consultant, Shanghai Office
1.Business structure planning: take part in the company’s business structure planning with top management;
2. Business development: have ability to introduce new clients in and keep good relationship with our current clients;
3.Case delivery: lead our team in Shanghai office to delivery headhunting service and market intelligence service to our Banking, Mutual Fund and PE/VC clients;
4.Managment: manage our team in Shanghai office; train new staff; do the KPI evaluation in Shanghai office and other management stuff.
Work experience and education background
1. At least 5 years experiences in recruitment agent industry;
2. Be quite familiar with finance industry, such as banking, mutual fund, securities, PE/VC, Trust, etc;
3. Have ability to manage the whole team;
4. Degree in Finance, English, Chinese, Marketing, Journalism, and law are preferred;
5. Can work under fast working environment.
Position: Senior Consultant, Shanghai & Beijing Office
1. Delivery recruitment service and market intelligence service to clients, keep good relationship with our current clients; have ability to introduce new clients in;
2. Accomplish the whole recruitment procedure independently and achieve KPI monthly and quarterly.
3.Take responsibility for team building and management, help team members to achieve their own KPI.
Work experience and education background
1. Minimum 3-5 years experiences in recruitment agent industry; Have team management experience is preferred.
2. Have successful BD clients experience;
3. Be familiar with finance industry, such as banking, mutual fund, securities, PE/VC, Trust, etc;
4. Degree in Finance, English, Chinese, Marketing, Journalism, and law are preferred;
5. Can work under fast working environment.
Position: Consultant, Trainee Consultant and Internship, Shanghai & Beijing Office
1.Delivery recruitment service and market intelligence service to clients under team leader’s guidance;
2.Search for qualified candidates, accomplish the whole recruitment procedure under team leader’s guidance.
Work experience and education background
1. Trainee Consultant: Within or above 1 year experiences in recruitment industry;
2. Have successful replacement in finance industry;
3. Internship: Students of University, who are interested in finance industry and communication management;
4. Be familiar with finance industry;
5. Degree in Finance, English, Chinese, Marketing, Journalism, and law are preferred;
6. Can work under fast working environment.
