Step 1: Defining Client’ Specifications
            ● Obtain a deep understanding of client's business 
            ● Reach a consensus with clients on the position's scope and
               responsibilities
            ● Briefly review candidates and adjustment search direction

Step 2: Targeting and Identifying Candidates 
            ● Identify and confirm target sources using database, headhunting
               and referral contacts 
            ● Engage, screen and evaluate candidates 
            ● Review profiles with client 
            ● Receive feedback from client

Step 3: Interviews candidate 
            ● Evaluate  candidates 
            ● Career goal analysis

Step 4: Select the Candidate
            ● Facilitate client interviews of candidate 
            ● Negotiate salary and benefits 
            ● Conduct reference checks

Step 5:  Offer
            ● Explain salary offered and any other benefits to candidates 
            ● Offer to draft for the client if they have difficulties

Step 6: Selling the Offer to the Candidate
            ● Sell benefits and salary review if any 
            ● Sell advancement
