-Execute non-Japanese banking strategy under guidance of supervisors.

-Understanding the bank’s strategy and situation and work to maximize return using the bank’s capital and resources in efficient manner.
-Continuously conduct credit monitoring to minimize credit cost.
-Monitor various developments in the market and contribute to develop new products / services for the bank.
-Cooperate with operational staff for smooth operations and administrations.

Academic Background: Bachelor degree (finance or business discipline and Master Degree can be a plus)
Working Experience
-At least 5 years of banking experience with no less than 3 years experience as a relationship manager for Multinationals, preferably with a major international bank
-Solid accounting, financial and credit analysis skills
-Sound knowledge on different bank products, particularly commercial banking/transaction banking productsSkills & Competencies- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to build up rapport quickly with clients
- Good presentation and negotiation skills
- Team playingLanguage Skills- English/Mandarin
– Fluent- French speaking is a strong plus.
Computer Skill: Well versed in MS Office applications（Word, Excel, PowerPoint is a must）
Professional Qualification: CFA or ACCA qualification is a plusOthers
