Job responsibilities:
- Plan and execute Multinational corporate finance strategy in consultation with group manager, and in coordination with other branches.
- Maximize gross profit by managing existing relationship and also increasing number of customers and business volume in risk-mitigated and capital efficient manner.
- Obtain customer satisfaction by providing good solutions.
- Strictly follow relevant internal and external regulations.
- Continuously conduct credit monitoring to minimize credit cost.
- Monitor various developments in the market and contribute to develop new products / services for the bank.
- Lead the subordinates by providing guidance.
Job Requirements:
- University graduate; min. 8 years experience in banking/financial services industry; min. 5 years in customer relationship management position
- Good understanding of corporate finance, structured finance, syndicated loan.
- Fluent Chinese/English, Analytic & negotiation skill, Quick thinking & reaction, Team-work, Good management & communication skill, business acumen, diligence
