Description:

Summary: Manage the Sales Department’s internal & external training issues, design thetraining process framework and conduct it. Review the content and quality of the salestraining materials. Build the sales training team; make sure the training is effective tosupport the business development.

1. Design the Sales Department training frameworkIncluding but not limit to internal AM’s training’s effect check mechanism and theDLR’s financial specialist’s feedback close-loop management.

2. Compose and review the sales training materials:Compose and review the internal and external training materials, including newproducts, sales standard Q&A, sales general knowledge and the other multi-mediacontents. Support all brands manufacturer’s training materials, new products conductmanual and check the financial calculator and issue it.

3. Organize the Sales training seminar:Schedule the internal and external training plan, monitor the progress and collect thefeedback for analyzing to improve the work.

4. Define the financial specialist grade:According to the training result and effect in work, defining the DLR financialspecialist’s grade, to improve its professional abilities and enhance the co-operationwill.

5. Support to build the DLR internal training mechanism:Design the effective DLR internal training mechanism, and monitor and improve it.

6. Evaluate the effect of AM’s training:Design the criteria of evaluate AM’s training result and conduct it, understanding theabilities of AM and improve the training process and content.

7. Cross-department training:Organize the internal cross-department sales knowledge training within the company,and the sales-related knowledge training from other departments and follow theeffects.

8. Review the AM & Financial specialist conduct manual:Compose the AM & Financial specialist practice manual which match the businessreality, and make sure the business operating by order.

9. Expanding the multi training channels:Expanding all kinds of effective training channels following the industrial practice,making the training effects to be shown in the business performance.

• Bachelor degree or above, major in sales, marketing, finance.

• 10 years working experience, including at least 8 years in training, 5 years as teamleader.

• Long working experience in banking, automobile, consulting, training industry.

• Excellent English abilities in listening, reading, speaking and writing, prefer withoverseas background.

• Academic knowledge about training framework and process, while with actualpractice.

• Good self-express ability and communication skills.

• Familiar with MSO software skills, excellent PPT making logic and skills, field trainingcontrolling ability.

• Anti-pressure ability, self-motivated, team leadership.

• Male, could take business travel frequently.

• Speaking standard Mandarin without accent, know the business code.
