Job Summary
Provide Commercial Banking China clients with full range of Cash Management proposal (Inward/Outward Remittance Service, Collection Solution, Structured Cash Management, Liquidity Management and Investment Products)
Main Responsibilities
Business
· To achieve the following business targets :
· Meet target of client acquisition as business plan
· Meet personal target of revenue and expense budget against balanced scorecard KPIs
· Regular visits of clients for selling Cash Management solutions/products
· Implement and drive business related marketing campaigns.
Financials
· To achieve business/ revenue targets allocated for Cash Management.
· Protect the business’ bottom line by regularly reviewing business profitability streams to each case.
Process
· Conduct effective consultative selling and service that meet customer needs.
· Meet group standard of service quality
· Prepare and consolidate proposal of full range of Cash Management products with business partners
· Build up/present structured quotation of cash management for customer
Team Work
· Proactively contribute to team performance
· Cooperative and supportive to other team members
Compliance Issues
· Comply with money laundering prevention Procedures and be alert at all times to unusual or possibly suspicious customer activity, during on-going business process
Working Experience
· With at least 3 years banking experience
· Solid product and sales knowledge with at least 5 years experience in relevant roles.
Internal & External Business Relationship
· With Head of Commercial Banking China for directions and guidance
· With Head of Cash Product, Commercial Banking China for day-to-day support
· With Sales and Area Manager, Commercial Banking China for product education, feedbacks and penetration
· With Cash Ops for operation support
