Responsibilities
1. China Production Application System Support
1) Support EOD Job
2)Support Intraday Operation Issue Fixing
3)Regular Application Management (health check/house keeping/other maintenance tasks)
4)Application Maintenance Document Preparation/Update, include but NOT limit
i.EOD Procedure
ii.Intraday Operation Procedure
iii.Application Monitoring
iv.Data Backup and Recovery Procedure
v. Routine Maintenance
vi.Knowledge Base Update
vii. Disaster Recovery Procedure
5)Application Release(bug fixing, enhancement, project) preparation and deployment
6) Support Application Version Upgrade
2. China Production Application System 1st Level Support
1)User Calls Logging
2) User Communication for Application Outage and Post-Mortem
3) Incident/Defect-Fixing and Request fulfillment
3. China Testing/Training Application System Support
1) Technical Environment Preparation
2)Support EOD Issues Fixing
3) Support Intraday Operation Issue Fixing
4)Change Request Deployment
5) Other ad hoc tasks / relevant responsibilities as assigned by the management
Requirements
1. Experience with CRM/Marketing Application, or Banking Operations application is a must
2. Basic programming skills
3. Experience with Application Support
4. Strong analytical and synthetic skills
5. Ability to work with remote sites
6. Good communication skills & strong motivation & organization skill
7. Team Work
8. SQL skill is MUST
9. Language Skills: English, Chinese
